As part of your term assignment I expect the following from you:
- Blog: 5 marks, the objective is for you to WRITE on ANYTHING that you love to write on, any topic you prefer. Make your blog on wordpress.com or blogspot.com or any other blogging site you prefer. The first blog should be minimum 1,000 words thereafter every WEEK make a "post" it can be VERY SMALL no problem, but the idea is to keep the blog ALIVE, even if you write 2 lines, make SURE they are interesting for your readers. Choose a nice template, customize it
- About.me: 5 marks, the objective here is for you to create a FUNKY personal and professional profile link that describes "YOU" in a few sentences from YOUR READER'S PERSPECTIVE, add a picture and make it fun!
- LinkedIn: 5 marks, make this your ONLINE CV, but it MUST be COOL not BORING, do some RESEARCH on Linkedin profiles, like people who inspire you, GET RECOMMENDATIONS, atleast 5
- Facebook Page: 5 marks, this is NOT your facebook "account" - this is a PAGE that you create to highlight yourself as a "PERSON" to your friends and the world, think of it as an "interactive about.me" site, TARGET atleast 25 likes on your page, MAKE YOUR POSTS AND PAGE INTERESTING TO YOUR READERS, it can be personal with a professional touch or even personal alone
